Sound bar not working

- 1. Ensure the sound bar is plugged in and turned on.
- 2. Ensure the sound bar is plugged into the eARC/ARC socket on the TV.
- 3. Check the TV sound is not muted.
- 4. Check the volume is not set to zero.
