  • 1. Ensure the sound bar is plugged in and turned on.
  • 2. Ensure the sound bar is plugged into the eARC/ARC socket on the TV.
  • 3. Check the TV sound is not muted.
  • 4. Check the volume is not set to zero.
  • 5. Check that ARC has been enabled on the TV.
